- First slips by spring. That's the expected target, and timing may shift as work advances.
- Pricing isn't set yet. Joining simply lets the marina contact you about availability.

Current members get first option.
Approved boats belonging to current members get first option on the new slips as Phase 1 (docks G–K) and then Phase 2 (docks A–F) open.
