Boat docking
A mix of covered and uncovered docking locations designed around modern lake access.
Midway Marina is approved for a full redevelopment: new cluster docks, boat slips, PWC ports, fuel, pump-out, and waterfront dining on Lake Norman.
Where Midway sits on the lake
Midway Marina has welcomed boaters to Lake Norman from Terrell for years. Highway 150 crosses the lake to Mooresville, which keeps the marina close for boaters from Sherrills Ford, Denver, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, and the rest of the lake. The approved redevelopment rebuilds the waterfront with modern docks, marine services, and a place to gather at the water's edge.
